When I stayed in Jiufen for one night earlier,
As dusk fell and the crowds began to thin out,
My friends and I took a leisurely stroll along the stone steps here and there,
In a small grove of trees, I spotted a place calledThe Hidden Foresta bed-and-breakfast,
The brick-red exterior stands out even more against the backdrop of the woods,
I definitely think I need to find a chance to stay here for a night.
I never would have thought that the small, semi-transparent ruin I passed by at the time,
A few months later, it had somehow transformed into a café opened by the Hidden Forest,
Taking advantage of a rare day off during the week,
I decided to take some time to relax and unwind,
I'm also planning a trip to the mountain town of Jiufen while I'm at it.

There's also a single armchair in the corner,
Looking inward from this perspective,
It really feels like you've stepped into another world,
It’s as if I were a little fairy surrounded by nature.

It allows people to temporarily escape reality and find inner peace.
And there's the amazing little garden in the restroom,
The area outside the bathroom door has also been thoughtfully transformed into a mini forest,
A wooden recliner would fit right in,
All of a sudden, I really want to go camping in the mountains~
After living in the city for a long time, you really start to appreciate those moments when you're surrounded by trees and mountains!
I was lucky enough to catch a little grasshopper that had gotten lost~
I didn't expect we'd end up spending so much time in this little forest outside the restroom~
The light rain that had just started falling transformed the transparent ceiling into a miniature rainforest with a waterfall,
On the contrary, I’ve actually come to like Jiufen on cloudy days~
At"Twilight Cafe"I walked a short loop around it,
Since all the meals are made to order,
So the owner was kind enough to serve us a cup of black tea right away to quench our thirst after climbing a hundred steps,
( Yeah ~ We were feeling great as we climbed all the way up the stairs next to the Jiufen Police Station ~ )
Each cup of black tea comes with a sugar cube and a small leaf as a garnish,
I really love this elegant presentation~
The brunch I've been looking forward to the most today has finally arrived,
The presentation of the dishes is also anything but haphazard,
Wooden dinner plates and simply designed glass cups,
Garnish it with a few green vegetables,
Golden-yellow scrambled eggs,
Bright red cherry tomatoes,
To make the whole meal seem more substantial,
In perfect harmony with nature,
Platter of French-Style Beef Braised in Red Wine
The beef is U.S. Prime-grade beef shoulder,

After simmering for six hours, it's ready,

It's also great for dipping with bread.

Tender and juicy on the inside,
A vegetable salad served with a special grapefruit vinegar dressing,
Lightly crispy bacon and warm, tender sweet potatoes,
We'll definitely come back to eat here again!
Berry Love Sparkling Drink
The Berry Love Sparkling Drink has a tangy and sweet sparkling taste,
The bright red berry pulp looks even more vibrant in this little forest,
The perfect way to cool off on a slightly sweltering late summer day,
Two Belgian Lotus wafer cookies served with the drink,
I didn't expect that, aside from pairing it with coffee,
It’s also perfect paired with berry-flavored sparkling water,
The shop's name is also carefully engraved on the wooden tray.
West Lemon Coffee
A nice, cool lemon,
It brings out the coffee's fruity and acidic aroma,
Also included are two of coffee’s best friends—Belgian Lotus Wafers,
West Lemon Coffee has a smooth and refreshing taste,
My friend really liked it.
None of us wants to leave this forest bathed in soft light just yet,
We continued walking through the forest and taking photos,
After we had eaten and drunk our fill,
Worried that it might rain,
With a heavy heart, I had no choice but to set off on the return trip to Taipei.

I never would have thought that the mirror by the door was like a natural magazine display stand,
Every time I take a little trip to Jiufen,
It always gives me a new experience,
